Numerica’s technical teams transition much of our scientific research into state-of-the-art technology available for license. Our patented solutions are adapted to meet each customer’s specific needs, so it’s not unusual to find variations of our core technologies working in diverse products for a variety of clients.
Numerica’s tracking and sensor fusion technology has been licensed to defense industry leaders, such as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, MITRE, Spectrum Astro (now General Dynamics), TRW (now Northrop Grumman Space Technologies) and Ultra Electronics. A license agreement with Numerica means lower R&D costs and better functionality for our partners, and they work with us again and again because our robust solutions are always field tested and reliable.

This prototype uses state-of-the-art compression techniques to create data capable of being streamed wirelessly to mobile platforms and PDAs, placing accurate 3-D map data in the palm of your hand without local device memory constraints.
Beta version available for limited use during final testing.
The Counter Small UAV System provides multi-target, multi-sensor detection, tracking, and identification to counter threats posed by small unmanned vehicles and/or by small, low and slow-moving aircraft with limited radar cross sections. The focus has been on airborne threats, but this real-time system provides a surveillance capability that can be applied to other domains.
Prototype available for low rate of initial production (LRIP).
